When guys complain about the all-female cast of the new Ghostbusters movie… #BLAThoughtoftheday

When guys complain about the new Ghostbusters all-female lineup, saying something like “Why can’t there be guys too?” it’s potentially because they will have no one to relate to — no one to fantasize about being up on the screen, because why would a man fantasize about being a woman? Why would would they lower themselves in such a way? Sure, it’s fine for a woman to fantasize about being a man. Of course she would, because women are so weak and powerless to begin with, right? Who would want to be a girl? Heck it’s even an insult!

There’s absolutely nothing for those men to relate to on the screen. (Which, if you think about it, shows how sad and limited their imagination is).

Hell, that type of guy would rather fantasize about being a dog from Homeward Bound or a pig from Babe than think about being a woman. Because that’s just uncomfortable.
